Price Williams has over 6 years of experience in the Search Industry with Williams Tison. During that time, he has successfully matched several hundred sales professionals with many of the high-tech industries most successful companies and hiring executives. Prior to Williams Tison, Mr. Williams spent 5 years with Lanier Worldwide Incorporated. There, Mr. Williams worked his way up from sales to sales management in Washington, DC, Branch Management in Virginia Beach to District Sales Management Positions in North Jersey and Richmond, VA. In the management positions with Lanier, Mr. Williams was responsible for successfully hiring and training dozens of salespeople. Mr. Williams earned his bachelors degree from the University of Richmond and resides in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife and two children.



Brig Tison brings energy, enthusiasm, business maturity and more than 18 years of Executive Sales experience to Williams Tison. A native of the Savannah, Georgia area, he holds a BS Degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University. Brig has had a flourishing career in Sales, Recruiting, Training and Development of many successful Sales Representatives across the United States. He held positions in Sales, Sales Management and District Management with Lanier Worldwide in Savannah, Georgia, Denver, Colorado, and Tallahassee, Florida. Brig opened Lanier's Richmond, Virginia office taking it from a start-up to over $10 Million in sales, in a six year period and twice winning Lanier's District Manager of the Year Award in the United States. His next assignment was as Regional Director of Parametric Technology (a leader in Product Lifecycle Management / PLM Solutions). He headed the Washington, DC — Mid-Atlantic Region. Brig lives with his wife and three children in Vienna, Virginia.



Originally from Connecticut, Mark Lione is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Mark began his sales career working for Lanier Worldwide. As a successful salesperson in Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach, Mark was promoted to take charge of Lanier's sales training program for the entire Northeast region. Prior to joining Williams Tison in 2000, Mark sold for AppNet/Commerce One. He now lives in Lansdowne, Virginia with his wife and two children.



Tom Daeschner has been involved in hiring and recruiting for the last 15 years. He began his career with Lanier Worldwide Inc. in Baltimore and eventually was promoted to Wilmington, DE, Winston Salem, NC, and back to Wilmington, DE, where he ran one of the largest, most profitable Districts in the country. Prior to joining Williams Tison, Tom was VP of Sales for a technology company in Northern Virginia. He earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland and resides in Purcellville, VA with his wife and three kids.

Veronica Murphy has been working in the financial services sector for over 20 years. Her career in sales and sales management spans across private banking and personal trust divisions within global banks, brokerage and financial planning firms, and major financial institutions in the DC metropolitan area. Her most recent position was as Director of Corporate Sales for Institutional Shareholder Services. Veronica’s industry experience and thorough understanding of the marketplace coupled with her successful sales experience and management expertise, enable her to discern nuances affecting a client’s specific situation and recruit culturally compatible, results-oriented individuals. She graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Finance and also attended The American University for her MBA in Finance. A native of Maryland, she now lives in Damascus, Maryland with her husband and children.

Adam Cochran brings 20 years of sales and sales management experience to Williams Tison. Throughout his tenure Adam has been successful in building and developing technology sales teams and sales professionals. Previously, Adam served as Sales Director for Cybertrust (formerly Trusecure) and was responsible for both inside and outside IT Security services sales throughout North and South America. Prior to joining Cybertrust, Adam served as Sales Director for PSINet and Cogent Communications and was responsible for North American Sales of IP, Managed Hosting Services and Security sales. A native of PA he graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance and moved to NOVA in 1987. He currently resides in Chantilly with his wife and 3 children.

Paul Javornik has been involved in recruiting and hiring for the last 12 years. He began his career with Lanier Worldwide in 1990 in Greenville, South Carolina. He held numerous positions with Lanier, including District Manager in one of the largest districts with Lanier in North Dallas. He has lived in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and now resides in Plano, Texas with his wife and two children. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a proven sales and management track record in his 17+ years with Lanier Worldwide (Ricoh USA).

David George brings over 25 years of Healthcare Technology sales experience to Williams Tison and is the most recent addition to our growing recruiting team. A Virginia native, he earned his BA degree from Old Dominion University and began his career with Dictaphone Corporation. He transitioned to Lanier Worldwide in 1979 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and developed a proven sales track record specializing in Healthcare dictation, transcription, speech recognition and transcription outsourcing technologies during his 25+ years with Lanier Worldwide, Lanier Healthcare, and MedQuist. David resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia and brings vast experience and knowledge of all aspects of healthcare sales to Williams Tison.

Tom Boyle has a wealth of knowledge and contacts having been in Sales and Sales Management in the IT industry for 25+ years. Tom has generated significant revenue in both the Commercial and Federal Spaces in the Middle Atlantic marketplace at companies including Datapoint, Sequent, Informix, webMethods, eGain, Avaya and most recently Mark Logic. As a result of this experience, he understands what is required to be successful from both the company and the candidate’s perspective. Tom holds an undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College and an MBA from the George Washington University. A native of Virginia, Tom resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and daughter.

Alleen Sangiuliano brings to Williams Tison 15+ years of business development and sales experience. Her career began on Capitol Hill, progressed into finance, and then concentrated in technology sales for both commercial and government. In addition to experience in businesses ranging from Fortune 50 companies to a small, $5M firm, Alleen has owned several small successful businesses of her own. She is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and children.

Stan Carmical brings more than 15 years of sales, recruiting, management and coaching experience to Williams Tison. He began his career in telecom with UUNET Technologies where he gained experience and had great success in the Enterprise, Federal and Wholesale markets. Most recently he worked to establish/cultivate strong partnerships within the Verizon Business Premier Enterprise segment. Before technology sales, Stan enjoyed nearly 10 years in various positions of the hospitality/service industry. This experience has proven extremely valuable and key to building strong relationships throughout the industry. Stan is a native of Virginia and majored in Business Communications (BSB/C) at The University of Phoenix. He currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife and three children.
