As Co-Founder at Williams Tison, Brig Tison brings energy, enthusiasm, business maturity, and more than 18 years of Executive Sales experience to Williams Tison. Brig holds a BS Degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University. Brig has had a flourishing career in Sales and Recruiting and has trained and developed many successful sales representatives across the United States. He held positions in Sales, Sales Management and District Management with Lanier Worldwide in Savannah, Denver, and Tallahassee. Brig opened Lanier's Richmond, VA office, taking it from a startup to over $10 Million in sales in six years, and twice winning Lanier's District Manager of the Year Award in the United States. His next assignment was as Regional Director of Parametric Technology, a Product Lifecycle Management / PLM Solutions leader. He headed the Washington, DC — Mid-Atlantic Region. Brig resides with his wife in Tybee Island, GA.

Originally from Connecticut, Mark Lione is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Mark began his sales career at Lanier Worldwide. As a successful salesperson in Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach, Mark was promoted to manage Lanier's sales training program for the Northeast region. Prior to joining Williams Tison in 2000, Mark was a Senior Account Executive for AppNet/Commerce One. He now lives in Lansdowne, VA, with his wife and two children.

Tom has been with Williams Tison for over 16 years and has been recruiting/hiring for more than 25 years. He began his career with Lanier Worldwide Inc. in Baltimore and eventually was promoted to Wilmington, DE, Winston Salem, NC, and back to Wilmington, DE, where he ran one of the largest and most profitable Districts in the country. Before joining Williams Tison, Tom was VP of Sales for a technology company in Northern Virginia. Veronica murphy

Veronica Murphy joined Williams Tison in 2007 and has placed candidates in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Finance roles ranging from entry-level to Executive Management in both startups and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Williams Tison, Veronica worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years. Her career in sales and sales management spans Compliance, Private Banking, and Personal Trust with Thomson Financial, Institutional Shareholder Services, and Citibank, among others. adam cochran

Adam Cochran joined Williams Tison in 2007 after a successful career in Sales Management. Throughout his career, Adam has been successful in building and developing technology sales teams and sales professionals. Since joining Williams Tison as a Principal, Adam has placed hundreds of Sales and Sales Engineers across the country. Before Williams Tison, Adam served as Sales Director for Cybertrust and was responsible for commercial and Federal Security sales throughout North and South America. Prior to joining Cybertrust, Adam served as Sales Director for PSINet and Cogent Communications and was responsible for North American Sales of IP, Managed Hosting Services, and Security sales. A native of PA, he graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and was a member of their nationally ranked NCAA Division I wrestling team. He currently resides in Chantilly, VA, with his wife and three children, and is actively involved in youth baseball and wrestling.

Paul Javornik has been involved in recruiting and hiring for the last 25 years. He began his career with Lanier Worldwide in 1990 in Greenville, South Carolina. He held numerous positions with Lanier, including District Manager in one of the largest districts with Lanier in North Dallas. He has lived in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and now resides in McKinney, Texas, with his wife. Both of his children have graduated from college and have started their careers. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. george klein

George Klein brings over 35 years of successful sales and district sales management experience to Williams Tison. He has been involved in the recruiting, hiring, and development of sales executives for that same time. The majority of George's career was with Lanier Worldwide (now Ricoh USA, Inc.), where he held positions of leadership for several of the corporation's multi-million-dollar sales districts in the Southern U.S. In addition to seeing sales executives in his employ promoted to positions of higher responsibility, George's most notable accomplishments were taking two of the company's historically deficient sales districts and transforming them into profitable and award-winning operations. Because of his track record of building long-term sustainable sales and sales management teams, George was an accomplished and decorated district manager and a repeat recipient of Lanier Worldwide's "Manager of the Year" award. Alec sheridan

Alec Sheridan is a native of Long Island, New York where he still lives today. Upon graduation from High School, Alec enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he would spend the next 7+ years. While in the Marines, Alec served as an infantry section leader throughout 2 deployments in Afghanistan. He would go on to serve as a formal instructor, teaching interpersonal communication and engagement skills at the Marine Advisor Course located in Virginia Beach, before he would deploy again as an Advisor to the Jordanian Armed Forces. Alec’s experience in the Marines taught him to be personable, dedicated, and mission-oriented. After leaving the military in 2020, he moved back to Long Island where he attended Hofstra University. Alec enjoys physical and mentally challenging hobbies. In his spare time, he is a firefighter and enjoys running, working out, surfing, and ice hockey.
